OTTERHOUND CHRISTMAS PARTY 2017

Its that time of year again! Get your Christmas jumpers on for the
Otterhound Christmas celebrations to be held on Sunday 3rd December. We
meet at 11.00am and will be walking from the upper car park at Baddesley
Clinton, Rising Lane, Knowle, Solihull B93 0DQ  and holding the party at
Lowsonford Village Hall,Rookery Lane,Lowsonford, Henley in Arden, B95 5ER

The car park is free , but the facilities are NOT. If you are not a National
Trust member it will cost you £8.50 to "spend a penny", so please bear this
in mind on your journey. There is a Tesco store just north of junction 4 of
the M42 on the A34 to Shirley I think. Usual facilites here! Full facilites at
Lowsonford Village Hall for after the walk.

We will have our usual 3 course full Christmas Dinner, vegetarians can
be catered for so please let me know any special requirements
(vegetarian meal suggestions always welcome). The charge is £9.50 for
adults, and £6.00 for under 12's. This has been the price since 2012!
With the surplus from last years Christmas party, and the BBQ's I was
able to make a donation of £135 to the Cancer research project at the
Animal Health Trust, specifically for dogs of course.

In view of the overheads of running such an event, anyone who books a
place but is then unable to attend will be politely asked to forward the
cost of their ticket to me. Please let me know if you can attend by
Wednesday 29th November latest,  by email or private message.
